This 3D model was originally designed with Sketchup 8 before being converted into various other 3D formats. Native file format remains .skp, while 3ds Max scene uses 2016 version, rendered using Vray 3.00 This means the model has two unique configurations, not to be mixed together like a puzzle. First setup showcases a four-car tandem garage. To achieve this, simply deactivate the Bonus Room layer and activate the Garage Entrance layer. The reverse is also possible, offering a complete flip of designs. Currently configured with three Bedrooms, one 3/4 Bath, kitchen, dining area, living space, and hallway featuring a roof window. Total house area spans 1456 sq ft, with garage measuring in at 1152 sq ft.
