Flexible Filament Extruder with Wire Holder V3

Due to a few weaknesses in a previous design that I remixed from thinigverse, I decided to draft a new extruder from scratch from the original Creality extruder. This was designed for the Creality Ender 3. The previous design printed with PLA tended to bend under the spring tension. I beefed up the area behind the spring on this model in order to prevent PLA from bending. I also strengthened the wire clip a bit to prevent it from breaking. Previous remixed ver: https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/gadget/flexible-filament-extruder-with-wire-holder Instructions: 1) Prepare some PTFE tubing as described in this CHEP video: https://youtu.be/az7pysnV_MY?t=112 2) Get an M3 16MM screw, the section behind the spring is much thicker so you will need a longer screw. The design is meant for a 16mm screw. 3) Print the STL In order to prevent issues with horizontal hole expansion in cura, I opted to design the threads oversized to account for PLA shrinkage. Horizontal expansion settings cause slicing issues for the small M6 threads, making them less effective. I flow this piece at 100% in order to get a good strong structure out of it. If you experience loose threads, you can try to reduce the hole horizontal expansion in cura. Support: I turn on support and use the blocker plugin to add an extra block to help remove the threads from the M6 hole. I also used a support blocker half way between the ends of the extruder hole to make removal of the thread support from both ends possible. 4) Test fit the M3 and M6 extruder screws/threads 5) Install extruder
