I've updated the cable prongs to 2mm wide instead of 1.5mm, making them more durable over time. I also noticed that the coupler hole tends to loosen with use, so I narrowed it down from 6mm to 5.5mm. To assemble, heat the coupler slightly with a heat gun and then screw it on using pliers; this melts the PLA and creates threads. As you can see in the pictures, my stock Ender 3 extruder came with a clip for the hot end cables, but JoshVV's flexible filament extruder is missing one. To address this, I recreated the entire part based on the original design and added JoshVV's modifications, resulting in some slight variations. This mod is essentially a remix of JoshVV's design, so be sure to check out their instructions for specific details. You'll need support material for the hanging bits, which can be found at the links below.
