Flexible Filament Extruder Upgrade CR-10
thingiverse
Hi there, I'm thrilled to share a revised version of my remix of Joshvv's design! The original PTFE hole was too large, so I made some adjustments and now it's 4.20 mm in diameter - a perfect fit! I used PETG for printing this upgrade. This modification is specifically tailored for CR-10 printers, allowing them to work seamlessly with flexible filaments like TPU by sealing the gap in the extruder with a PTFE insert. This clever solution prevents jams and ensures smooth printing. I followed an excellent tutorial video found here: https://youtu.be/az7pysnV_MY A huge thank you goes out to Joshvv for his original design, which I've been able to improve upon!
