Flexible Face Mask Buckle (PETG)

<p>A redesigned version of the face mask buckle with flexibility built into the design. The accordion design adds elasticity to the buckle, providing relief to the wearer while still maintaining the necessary rigidity. Design is currently being used effectively at a medical device manufacturing facility.</p> <p>Each buckles requires approximately 28 minutes in print time.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Print in PETG, as PLA may not handle the flex design well.</p> <p>Printed at a 0.3mm layer height in PETG, 100% infill (only 7 layers high).</p> <p>3MF and GCODE files available for both a single print as well as a 5-pack print. STL file available as well.</p>
