I struggled with the issue of excessive friction in the joints, caused by poor tolerances. To address it, I imported the file into Fusion and enlarged the female half. The scaling factor (Param.: SCALE_FACTOR) 1.02 proved to be an effective solution for me. Hopefully, this information will be beneficial to you as well.
