Flexible Covid Mask

The set contains two types of elastic TPU breathing masks. It is possible to clamp any flat filter material with the different filter holder caps to the mask. Each mask has a lip sealing towards the face side and a exhaust valve which releases humidity. The masks where printed with a standard 3D Printer (see picture above) and TPU material. I used a 0,4mm / 0,6mm / and finally 0,8mm nozzle which gave me the best results. Also I had to modify some print parameters for TPU like the filament flow rate which was set to 125%. To seal the prints i used some layers of spray paint or better filler glue. You can check the sealing of the mask as well as the function of the valve if you put plastic foil instead of the filtermaterial. Also you can make a smoke test to sea open spots.
