Update 9/21/21 - I noticed the tolerance was a little loose so I added 0.4mm all around. It's now a little tight but if you're printing with flex you should be able to put some pressure with a screwdriver or something and pop it in there. It helps to get it as square as possible on the conduit first too, but at least now they'll have a really solid fit. If the slotted caps happen to print with the bottom of the slot connected like mine did just clip it with with pliers and remove the little nib. Slip them over the wires and push into the conduit, they'll go in a lot easier than the solid ones. --------------- I designed these conduit caps in F360 to be printed with TPU. One is for the corner pieces just to close it up (to keep spiders, wasps, hippies etc. from building nests in them if you keep yours outdoors like I do) and the other is designed to be able to snap in without removing the wires that are already running through the x and y axis conduit. I tried to keep the hole as small as possible so it would clamp down on the wire and provide some strain relief in addition to preventing the wires from rubbing the sharp metal and shorting out. If you have more wires or larger wires than I do this part may not work for you so start with one and see. I'm sure they could be printed with any filament but I like TPU for stuff like this because it's easier to snap it in and it seems to have a way higher tensile strength than anything else. I did pretty low infill (10%) with the TPU because it's so strong and I did 5 perimeters but PLA/PETG/ABS etc. may need 20-30%. For MPCNC Primo you'll need two solid caps for each corner and two slotted for each axis, so 8 solid and 4 slotted not counting the z-axis (z-axis = 4 more solids, but I have a dust shoe using my z-axis conduit and don't need those).
