Actual version for Hyena Hobed Bolt. E3D Goblin Us Coming. Added v 1.75mm. Belt-driven Extruder for E3DV6 on P3Steel capable of printing FLEX at 55mm/s minimum with 0.3 nozzle. It is based largely on the design of Greg Wade and incorporates its components. No need to buy a lot of parts. I use a 85 tooth belt pulley and a 16-tooth gear with a 200-tooth GT2 belt coupled to a Hyena 2 hobbed bolt of 6 mm, which gives after calibration an e-step of 1822 with a 32-bit driver. The belt is printed in semi-flex or nylon flexible material but the best is to use a real one. The filament passes through a PTFE tube of 4/2mm that descends to the nozzle passing through a heat break bore 4.1mm. - Compact and lightweight - Low distance hobbed bolt/hotend For Hyena Bolt. - Constant feed rate - Integrated support for 12 mm inductive sensor - No backlash - Support for fan - Entirely in M3 screw If someone has a NEMA 14, 11 nm motor to test, I would be interested in having feedback as it would be an interesting weight gain. The hole for E3DV6 is a bit small. Personally, I use a Dremel to enlarge it so that the E3DV6 can hold firmly on its own.
