The molded plastic connector cavity and cast urethane connector brick analysis reveals that these components are flexible, with 3 bar pressure causing deflections. A patent pending solution proposes interlocking lips for lateral control, a preloaded flexible steel beam seal clamp to handle internal pressure loads while accommodating deflections, and two screw fixation for reliability and ease of assembly/disassembly. The seal clamp features specified beam curvature for uniform loading when fixed with one screw at each end. A revised brick flange accepts a standard O-ring elastomer seal between the cavity interior and brick flange O-ring.
