My son was thrilled when I brought home a Flexy_Rex, but he quickly grew frustrated as it kept breaking apart in his hands. Determined to create a more durable model, I set out to redesign the toy with added strength and flexibility. To make the new design a reality, I used my 3D printer to produce the parts with increased detail and precision. I adjusted the print settings to use a layer thickness of 0.19 mm and printed at high speed, resulting in a medium-filled model that was both robust and flexible.
