This model was created from scratch. I wanted to create simple armband printed in one piece and with simple and strong coupling mechanism. I also wanted it to be easily editable. So you can easily change the height and width (and content) to fit your hand directly in PrusaSlicer.

The coupling mechanism is designed for TPU or Fleximaterial. It should be strong and easy to connect (with one hand).

In 3mf file you can modify lenght and height to fit your wrist. I recommend measuring with a measuring tape. With filament infill you can get some cool fancy effects and import own files to armband design... Simply change rectangle and move left and right files.

As example i did few versions:
V1_DINO_130mm.3mf
kids armband with dinosaurs
v2_stayhome_180mm.3mf
armband with #STAYHOME hashtag
v3_prusaprinters_200mm.3mf
prusaslicer armband
v4_flowers_150mm.3mf
last armaband was painted by my daughter :)

Bonus :)
As bonus i created simple Blender python script to create text, #hashtags for armbands (and any other print files )
Here is example video:

<oembed url="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MLgROSmWTCM"></oembed>

And blend files with :
https://github.com/devrosx/3Dprinttoolbox
Instructions: Download whole package as ZIP from Github. Use latest Blender vesion for best compatibility. It was tested only on OSX so direct open PrusaSlicer might not work on other platform. Check if you have default app for stl file PrusaSlicer. Rest is on youtube video.
Tip: You can use any font file (TTF or OTF) - just copy them to font folder in 3Dprinttoolbox directory. STL files are saved to stlexport folder..I plan to extend this script with more features (quick svg import etc...)

Print instructions

For print i used TPU (but any flexi filament should work).
Because i had only one cheap TPU black color for objects i used PLA. It worked quite well. Print was without problems. Only limitation was that TPU material isnt available for MMU2S. (any idea why?) so my TPU is printed with PETG profile (with desk temp to 60 °C for best result). I also recommend using a tube of glue (but even without it also works). Print time is about 1 hour...

I also expect interesting results with glowing filaments :)

PS:
If someone has problems loading TPU threads, I recommend this adjustment. It solved most of my filament loading problems. :)
https://www.prusaprinters.org/cs/prints/3417-mk3smmu2s-modified-extruder-idler-mmu2s1-solves-ir
