Flexi Chameleon Pencil Attachment
cults3d
A small Flexi Chameleon that can be attached to a pen/pencil I crafted for the ESUN contest on Cults3D is an innovative creation. There are 2 models available, one solid and one with a hole in the legs designed for sliding the pen into place. The model with the hole is more susceptible to damage. Printing requires supports due to its complex design. In Cura, I successfully printed it using supports that touch the buildplate for overhangs exceeding 45° in a grid pattern. Ensure no supports are created on the flexi part; instead, they should be placed only on the top legs. I printed this FlexiCham model using generic Noctilucent green PLA and achieved excellent results. It looks stunning when viewed at night over my desk, casting an eerie glow. The FlexiCham was inspired by the legendary Flexi Rex.
