Flexi Burger
myminifactory
When a coworker's four-year-old commented that my green flexi-frog resembled a piece of lettuce flapping around, the idea for Flexi-Burger was conceived. The world may not need a flexible burger, but all our kid and adult testers so far seem to adore it, so here it is. Flexi-Burger comes with a burger patty, top, and bottom buns (with or without sesame seeds), a cheese slice, Swiss cheese slice, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and a slice of bacon. Pieces range from 60mm to 80mm when printed at 100%. Most parts are 4-6mm tall, with the top bun being 15mm tall. This was a fun way to utilize some of my filament of the month sample boxes. All parts should print without supports. I added a pause and color change (M600) on the top layers of a few pieces for fun and visual interest. The sesame seeds on the buns were painted with a dab of non-toxic craft paint to make them stand out. Mostly designed in Tinkercad, with some assistance from CorelDRAW, Fusion 360, and Meshmixer.
