Flexi Bugs

Flexi Bugs

I created these eerie little creatures in Tinkercad specifically for my kids. Following printing, the tiny bug features a pry point at its rear end to make removal from the print bed easier. Next, fold and snap off (or cut) the long leg anchors. The centipede measures approximately 140mm square, which is roughly the maximum size I can handle on my Qidi X-One printer. If needed, they'll scale down a bit. They also scale up nicely! They print well hollow with two perimeter layers, but I ended up printing them at 100% infill for added creepy weight. Printing below 0.200 layer height may lead to adhesion issues where the feet attach (i.e., a leg might collapse before connecting with the body).
