Flexi Bot is a proof of concept about using TPU joints for posable figures. TPU joints add enough friction to keep the posing and don't loose strenght after moving it many many times.Easy assembly, push and twist the TPU parts into rigid pieces and that's all.TPU hands/clamps allows to hold small objets like pencils or small tools. There's a folder with files grouped for a fast an easy slice. Also included all the files separated.Printing tipsNO support required. Rigid pieces can be printed hollow and I would recommend 3 shells.TPU filaments are diferent but for me using 3-4 shells and 30%-50% infill it's ok (Using Fillamentum Flexfill 92A) You may have to made some testing to find the best settings. More shells/infill = more rigid pieces. One or two shells and low infill made pieces too soft for a good grip.Licensed as CC-Attribution so you can modify, sell prints or do whatever you want.
