This is a Case for the Flexbank F1 from Nitecore. It has enough Space for 3x 18650 Battery packs, and also for the Flexbank with mounted Battery. Also, it features a hole for the USB output, making it possible to charge devices with mounted Flexbank in the Case. Additionally, there is a hole for the 3 Status LEDs, and space for the supplied Rubberband in the Cover.
