FLEXATX Power Supply Case
thingiverse
This project case is designed for a FlexATX power supply. I've harvested dozens of them from dead servers (a common power supply in small 1RU servers) and needed a way to mount one up to power some LED lighting. The case consists of three parts: AC side, center section, and DC Side. It has holes for a power switch, second fan, and the output leads. There is enough room for small electronics in the DC side if desired (maybe a constant current circuit). I never printed the center section. The fit is pretty snug with a tolerance of about .25mm here and there. The center section is deliberately undersized by about .5mm lengthwise; I'd rather have a little slop than too tight. If you use the second fan, mount it first and reach through the blades to attach the DC side to the power supply.
