I'm building another Flex Vat specifically for my DLP Printer Project. I've used M6 bolts and nuts throughout. To make it easy to assemble, I've designed a stop print feature that allows you to drop in the nuts before continuing. The bolts should be no longer than 20mm to ensure a secure fit. Strategically placed holes on either side of the vat are perfect for attaching neodymium magnets, which will hold a foil splash cover securely in place.
