I'm using a Prusa i3 based Printmaker 3D printer, and I encountered a small gap between the extruder wheel and hotend. To fix this issue, I designed a simple adapter that has worked perfectly for printing with flexible filaments such as Ninjaflex, Nylon, and PTE. To get the best results, I recommend printing this part in the lowest layer settings possible, which in my case was 0.05mm layer height with 100% infill. Additionally, using support material is highly recommended to ensure a smooth print. If you're using Cura, be sure to rotate the part 90 degrees and "cut" it below about 5mm (depending on your hotend design). You can refer to the screenshot for more information, although my version of Cura is currently set to German. However, I believe this setting should work just fine. I hope you have fun experimenting with flexible filaments!
