This upgrade enables stock Tevo Tarantula filament feeders to print flexible filaments with precision. When printing flexible filaments, they tend to bend and get squeezed out of their path due to the stock feeder's lack of a filament guide and its wide gap between the feeder gear. To address this issue, this replacement part is designed for the upper section of the feeder. It features a thread for securing the Bowden tube fitting in place, so simply screw it on without overtightening. Push the Bowden tube firmly into position until it reaches the end, and take advantage of the built-in guide to keep the filament precisely inside the tube. This ensures that the tube remains stable even when retracting, preventing any unwanted movement (see the section view for a clearer understanding). For regular filaments, this upgrade simplifies the insertion process significantly. PETG is highly recommended due to its exceptional strength and smooth, slippery texture. A 0.1mm resolution is advised for optimal results. To achieve even better performance, use wider walls with at least four perimeters and ensure a minimum of 1.2 mm top and bottom shell thickness.
