The new extruder variant is designed to maintain a tighter grip on flexible filaments that tend to twist or become stuck with traditional direct drive extruders. By positioning the output guide much closer, we minimize the likelihood of these soft filaments warping under increased pressure, paving the way for faster printing speeds. In addition, an integrated fan mount cools down both the filament and the extruder, allowing the soft material to harden and reducing its tendency to curve, further boosting overall performance.
