I was really impressed by the design of that flexion thing over on Thingiverse - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3825972. However, I thought the shroud was a bit too low, so I combined it with an air assist I got for my laser, which you can find here - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3915068. And that's when the Flex Fan came to life - flexible, extendable, and fixable! If anything happens to the nozzle and it gets trashed, all you have to do is print a new one. Here are the instructions: You'll need to use a blower-type fan for this project. To get started, simply print out each of the files. If you want a longer arm, just print multiple copies of the arm.stl file.
