First, huge thanks to Pocket NC for crafting the FR4 Machine shield! Check out their website at http://www.pocketnc.com. This experimental flexible coupler is designed to ensure smooth movement of the FR4 and prevent unintended crashes or impacts with end-stops when properly made. It can also be used as an external axis rod nub, allowing users to manipulate an axis rod without getting their fingers messy by directly grabbing the rod. This model should only be printed using a well-calibrated FDM printer with Makerflex or Ninjaflex filaments. Adults aged 18 years and above are advised to test this design in a safe environment, away from faces, hands, and all minors, as well as goats, cows, chickens, and llamas. Let me know what you think of this alternative coupler for the FR4 machine shield!
