Socket Mount for Low-Cost Blue Flex Coolant Lines Used in Helping Hands Projects This socket can be tricky to insert at first, but that's exactly what you want - a secure ball socket joint that holds its position. The 40mm fan attaches directly to the bracket as shown. Two holes are also provided for securing zip-ties and relieving strain on the fan wiring. Like all my designs, I've included the Fusion360 file, allowing you to see how it was made or make your own modifications. You can also find versions designed for 30mm and 50mm fans.
