When scaled up to fit your finger size, the wall thickness will not be a problem, especially when using metal 3D printing. To scale up the ring to fit your finger size, I recommend using Meshmixer, a free software from Autodesk. Import the ring into Meshmixer and go to Analysis/Measure in the left menu. Choose Type: edge to edge and Direction: outward (n) for Snapping mode: Snap to Vertices. Click on the inner diameter of the ring to get a red line and a reading on the right side. To scale up, go to Edit menu/Transform and increase any of the size values while checking Uniform Scaling. Repeat the measuring process until you get your correct finger size. Once done, export the model as STL Binary Format, which is recommended. If you want to achieve a similar polish or finish like in the rendered ring image with dark cavity, print the ring with vintage antique silver.
