Fletchings for arrows
thingiverse
Having completed my arrow http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:316197, I pondered if fletching was achievable and created these alternatives. Be cautious as they are untested; use at your own risk. To ensure successful printing, verify that your bed is level, and adjust the nozzle height correctly for a flawless first layer. I utilized 0.1mm layer height and a 0.35mm nozzle while creating fletchings with a height of merely 0.3mm. Attach the fletchings directly to your arrow's shaft or apply the provided sleeve. Although untested by me (due to lack of shooting space), I encourage you to try these and share your feedback on their functionality. Upon printing, the sleeve may not work as intended, but the fletching alternatives appear promising - resembling dart flights with a slightly stiffer feel. Additionally, 0.4mm thick versions have been added for those interested.
