I've built a Fletching Jig capable of fletching arrows with three vanes simultaneously, plus it comes equipped with customizable posts that allow for a 1-degree offset adjustment, making it perfect for larger diameter arrows with an ID of 0.233. The one I'm using has a center post measuring 0.187 and straight posts for the vanes - it's worked flawlessly so far. However, do keep in mind that the type of glue you use can significantly impact the overall performance of your fletching jig. I personally opted for Locktite Control to ensure precise control over the gluing process, while also applying a thin layer of Strength Wax on the posts themselves to prevent any unwanted bonding between the vanes and the post material.
