Fleshlight Case compatible Replacement Parts

Given that the Fleshlight Case is an entirely plastic construction, I wanted to do my best to measure it and model compatible replacement parts that can be 3D printed to interface with the original parts.I've tested each part with the original casing parts to ensure they work properly, and I'm finally confident it's as close to perfect as I can get it.Differences From the OriginalParametric LengthI made the length of the model parametric, meaning you can change the length of the model if you want to cut down the length of your Fleshlight sleeve. Just change the “OverallCaseLength” variable in parameters.Parametric Wall ThicknessThe case walls are parametric so you can tune them to your optimal thickness for part strength. I also just had a really difficult time measuring this part. You can change this by editing the “CaseWallThickness” parameter.Side RidgesThe original case has ridges reminiscent of heat-sinks or a ray-gun on the side. These aren't great for 3D-printing, so I've replaced it with a nice, simple fillet.Top IndentThere is an aesthetic indent at the top of the large lid that I did not include in the final file.I did model it in the source file, but didn't include it in the final release because it is not 3D-printing friendly and is only an aesthetic feature as far as I can tell. If you'd like to restore this feature, Suppress the sketch “Fillfer on Cap” and Un-Supress the sketch “Weird Unnecessary Top.”BrandingThis model doesn't have the Fleshlight branding, since it does not serve a functional purpose for this model and it would be a significant amount of work for me to add.Printing TipsSupports are needed for one small part of this print. I have painted them on in the .3mf file in the downloads. These are the surfaces that need supports:My tests have been done with a 0.6mm nozzle at a 0.32mm layer height. I'm positive it will work just as well with a more common 0.4mm nozzle at a 0.2mm layer height._ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _If you would like to remix the model in a way that allows you to innovate on the original case, I've included the Fusion 360 file so you can modify it easily. STEP files are also there in case that's the easier option for you.If you find this model particularly useful, why not leave a tip for one of my favorite charities:Planned ParenthoodWikipedia
