Flatminis: Giant Flea
thingiverse
I needed some low-key pests and settled on a giant flea. Based on this clipart I designed a simple flatmini model with Tinkercad. You can edit it. Nothing fancy, but I thought there's at least a chance someone else will want to print one or a dozen =) The prints look pretty rough, I know. My Makerbot must have had a bad day ... The hind legs are a bit too small and might break, but other than that the models hold up. There's a lot of residue on it that's probably possible to clean up, but I thought it added to the slimy, distrusting presence of giant blood-sucking fleas. If you're familiar with Flatminis, you'll probably notice I haven't used the standard 25mm base. Instead, I made an oblong base, 25mm in one direction but significantly shorter in the other. I think these will fit better on my Openforge tiles, where several squares are partially covered by walls. The normal 25mm one is included in among the .stl files.
