Flat wire clamp
thingiverse
These thin cables are usually secured using small metal staples inside the walls. I had to install some on the outside of the wall, and I needed the flexibility to move the position of the wires as needed. This is a basic flat clamp with a hole designed specifically for a #6 wood screw. It's nothing more than straightforward engineering. The OpenSCAD file is included if you want to modify the dimensions of the opening to accommodate a different gauge of cable.
