Flat Scraper Handle for 40mm Blades

<p>Shawn's original <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/48230-scraper-double-sided-razor-blade">Scraper &amp; Double Razer Blade</a> model includes a very nice handle, but it was slightly narrow for my blades. &nbsp; Originally I simply scaled his up by 2.5%, but I was printing multiple handles and decided to flatten the model so I could print it without supports.</p><p>This is my remix of the handle that prints flat and can accommodate blades up to 40mm.</p><p>The blades I use are Scraperite, which are advertised as 1.5" but actually measure 1 9/16" &nbsp;<br>switching to metric, that is just about 39.7mm (Shawn's handle is 39.2).&nbsp;</p><p>My remix has a space modelled to 40.12mm, which measures 39.99mm for my Prusament PETG prints. &nbsp;It might still be tight for true 40mm blades, but easily accommodates 1 9/16" ones.</p><p>If you do not mind using supports and have a blade that fits the original, please print Shawn's. The handle is more ergonomic and his is the original design.</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
