Flat Pickup Winding Jig for Cigar Box Guitars

This is a pickup clamping jig for building Flat Cigar Box Guitar Pickups, designed to simplify the winding process. To assemble it, you will need two longer springs of smaller size, two M3 machine screws, and two corresponding nuts for securing the clamping mechanism in place. Additionally, one small M2 or 4-40 machine bolt serves as a grub screw on the motor shaft of the winder. A space is provided on the bottom to secure a magnet using glue, which will function as the wind counter. This jig is still under development but has proven effective for me; however, you may need to make adjustments to accommodate your specific motor shaft size.
