Flat-pack corner table
thingiverse
This project holds the main Fusion 360 file (`Corner table.f3d`) that I used to craft a flat-pack corner table for my home. The design includes some parametric features that you can experiment with in Fusion 360 by going to `Modify > Change Parameters`. One key parameter is Thickness_Global, which should be set to the actual thickness of the stock material you use. I cut all parts from 3/4" birch plywood using a low-cost 4x4' CNC router at my local makerspace. The CAM profiles are included in the project file and are tailored for my specific CNC machine. You should verify or adjust the feeds, speeds, tool parameters, and stepdown to match your machine's requirements. Assembly animation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-zyaghIKMfI
