A simple flatback "no geese" sign that I whipped up in TinkerCAD and used in my "rake in the lake" make. Sorry, it won't stop Untitled Geese because they can't read and don't care anyway. You can just print it flat and sand off any elephant-foot nonsense if you want it to be super clean, which I did. I guess you could stick supports under it if you want to be fancy.
