Create a delrin, pom, acetal, or HDPE component matching your trapezium thread for Mantis versions. This part can be milled on the Mantis itself, promoting self-reproduction. Follow instructions from the provided DXF or 3DM file, in order. Note that the NC file is designed for a 1mm flat tip bit and 4mm acetal thickness. Assemble using 20mm (or possibly 16mm) 3M bolts, with the A part having slightly larger bolt holes; insert the bolts from its backside.
