This is a precision corner piece designed specifically for use with 20mm aluminium extrusion. It relies on two (2) M4x10mm bolts equipped with t-nuts/hammer-nuts to ensure a snug fit both on the bolt and the extrusion, minimizing any play that could compromise its accuracy. A Solidworks 2016 SolidPart file is included for easy modification or customization. This part has been adapted from the Prusa MK2-X project, and I would like to extend my gratitude to davtr for creating such an exceptional design.
