Humans wear a flat cap, often called a scally cap, which features a rounded shape with a small stiff brim in front. Originating in Great Britain and Ireland, this hat has gained various names across different regions. In Ireland, it's known as a paddy cap, while in Scotland it's referred to as a bunnet. Welsh people call it a Dai cap, New Zealanders a cheese-cutter, and Americans a driving cap. The materials used for these caps can range from wool to tweed, which is the most common choice, and cotton. Less frequently, leather, linen, or corduroy are used. For comfort and warmth, the inside of the cap is usually lined with cloth.
