Flat cable chain mod for Anet A8

I installed Starwhooper's Improved Linear Chain to Extruder and davbarr's Z_Motor_Fixation_Chain for Anet A8, both from thingiverse. Like many users, the chain would pop out of the z-axis mount and curve upwards, failing to stay flat and parallel when the x-axis carriage moved. So I designed a mod to hold the chain in place. It uses a medium chain piece from Starwhooper and lifts the connection higher for a more parallel run to the extruder, while bracing it against the x-axis mount to prevent vertical twisting. This part can be printed without support and slips over the cable, eliminating the need to disconnect cables and thread them through parts. I added a cable tie to keep my joint tight and secure. Printing at 0.3 resolution saved time, but 0.2 would produce a better result. This mod has been tested on an Anet A8, but it might also work for other printers.
