Mineways was used to export a Minecraft creation, turning it into an STL file. The design is reminiscent of a flat bear made from plastic beads and then ironed. It was created within Minecraft and processed through Mineways with a 2mm per block calibration. The resulting file was printed on a MakerBot Replicator with settings including raft, full support, 20% fill, 0.2mm line height, no shells, print speed of 40mm/s, travel speed of 55mm/s, and a heated platform at 100°C and print head at 220°C. The printing process took approximately 23 minutes once pre-heated.
