Flat Back Cover for MINI(+) Display USB Case

<p>I like <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/36645-prusa-mini-displaybox-cover-w-usb">@4nthonylin's flat back cover</a> for the Mini's LCD display. But when I replaced the stock display case with the <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/37961-prusa-minimini-display-usb-mod">USB mod by @joe</a>, I noticed it didn't fit. So I took Fusion 360 to it, and now it fits perfectly.&nbsp;</p><p>I prefer joe's approach (integrate the USB holder into the display case) over 4nthonylin's idea of adding it to the back cover.</p><p>There's <a href="https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/53538-mini-display-backcover-mod">another back cover</a> for @joe's model by @plunning, but it's has extra bulk in the back, and it's not possible to access the screw that attaches the display to the frame after installation.
