This model was developed to track the expansion of co-competing coral, sponge and macroalgae populations. Location: Flat Key, St. Thomas, USVI - December 16, 2016. The technique used was Structure from Motion (SFM) Photogrammetry. Depth: 40 feet underwater. Equipment used included a Canon g12 camera, an Ikelite housing, and Agisoft Photoscan Professional Edition software. Processing time took approximately two hours. This research is part of Lauren Olinger's Master's Thesis at the University of the Virgin Islands during Spring 2017.
