flashlight without batteries
cults3d
I built a flashlight using a super capacitor that's 100 farads at 2.7 volts instead of a battery and an LED light bulb that's one watt. I used a relative lampholder since the original one had burned out the circuit. The convenience is that charging the super capacitor takes only a minute, giving you maximum power to run the lamp continuously for several hours. However, if you leave it turned on, after 24 hours there's still a faint light. I added a switch to the flashlight and a female connector for charging with a DC power supply at 3.3 volts and two amps.
