Adjustable flashlight mount designed specifically for Nitecore MH20 flashlights with a diameter of 24 mm, perfect for mounting on Profile triathlon aerobar bicycle handlebars that feature a diameter of 22 mm. Both OpenSCAD SCAD files and XML files for BlocksCAD.com are included to make it easy to modify dimensions as needed. This flashlight mount offers several key benefits: - It positions the flashlight near its center of gravity, ensuring optimal stability on the handlebar. - The mount uses two strong snaps to securely hold the flashlight in place. You can adjust the snap's tightness within the OpenSCAD file or opt for a thin piece of rubber (like an old inner tube) on the handlebar if needed. This design is printed in two parts to take advantage of the strongest direction, which is along the Z-axis. The vertical angle remains adjustable as a result, allowing for optimal flexibility. The connection between the two parts is based on a GoPro mount and requires a screw and nut M5 for secure attachment. Once you've adjusted the vertical angle to your liking, simply tighten the screw accordingly.
