Flashlight Holder for Bike Pipe Handlebar
thingiverse
I modified the flashlight holder so that carriage bolts simplify installation. 2x M5x40 carriage bolt 1x M5x20 carriage bolt 3x M5 nut 3x washer 5 mm Fits perfectly with this flashlight: DG-XML-T6 The assembly was designed for a 34 mm diameter handlebar. For a firm grip and to avoid scratches, I placed thin rubber mats between the PLA parts and the handlebar. The assembly is in two parts. I upload the parts as .stp and as .ipt. The socket for the flashlight has to be bent up slightly during joining. In the final fit the flashlight is rotatable without screwing. After tightening the screw, the flashlight is also fixed. The diameter of the flashlight is 27 mm at the mounting point. For larger diameters, the .stp or .ipt should be redesigned. Removing the support material in the holes for the carriage bolts is a bit tedious. I have drilled out the holes little by little. Starting with a 2 mm drill bit. The remains of the support material were then removed with a chisel. A slotted screwdriver is also suitable for this purpose. PLA consumption: 30 g
