I designed a new model because my previous one didn't fit in my camper. The bike's height was too high. This custom-fit mount is specifically made for a Sofirn Sp33 flashlight and a 31.8 mm mountain bike handlebar. The light produces an impressive 2500 lumens, making it ideal for nighttime mountain biking. To see the mount in action, check out my YouTube video at https://youtu.be/MyylO_KFcCI. The click-in mechanism works smoothly, and the mount remains secure, but if you're navigating rough terrain, you can add an extra rubber strap for added stability. To achieve a good grip on the steering column, wrap a thin rubber band around it. I used four 5 mm bolts and nuts to assemble the mount, with holes drilled at 5.5 mm. The light itself was purchased from AliExpress for €18.39, and I highly recommend it – it's an excellent choice.
