I made this softie flashlight and 31.8mm mountain bike handlebar. The light emits 2500 lumens, which is perfect for nighttime mountain biking. Check out the video on YouTube: https://youtu.be/VwitQshvm6Y It clicks securely into place and stays tight, but if you're riding over very rough terrain, you can always add an extra rubber strap for extra security. I used four bolts and five-millimeter nuts (the holes I drew are 5.5 millimeters). I purchased the light for 18.39 euros on AliExpress, and it's a fantastic value. To get a good grip on the handlebar, you'll need to wrap a thin rubber band around the steer tube.
