I have several flashlights fueled by 3.7v 18500 Li-ion Batteries. The challenge with my flashlights is that the tube holding the battery is significantly larger than the battery itself. Despite this, the battery continues to function and occasionally produces a very dim light. SOLUTION: Design a sleeve that accommodates both the battery and flashlight, ensuring the battery remains stable within the device. DIMENSIONS: 51.5mm in length, 21.7mm in width, with an internal diameter of 17.75mm and a wall thickness of 1.70mm.
