Flashforge Heater Block Holder
thingiverse
This part is designed from metal, I initially created it out of PLA to confirm its fit and then had our machine shop manufacture it out of aluminum. The PLA version can be used as a template for producing one without access to a machine shop. It has been thoroughly tested and securely fastens both heater blocks together so they cannot shift when loosening the nozzle. If it refuses to install, it may be because your heater blocks are not properly aligned with each other - I also envisioned this tool as a means of facilitating heater block alignment. Feedback is highly valued. The part is attached using 2 x 4mm socket head cap screws. It's not intended for prolonged use; instead, you would install it while removing the nozzle and then remove it after reattaching the nozzle.
