I wanted a simple and affordable solution for the FlashForge Finder I'm testing. While learning FreeCad, I tried to create a basic way to hold a polycarbonate sheet using small and effective methods. After researching flammability comparisons between acrylic and polycarbonate, I decided on 3mm polycarbonate due to its recommended status. However, cutting it to size myself proved challenging as my first attempt. My side walls measure 281mm wide by 247mm tall, but due to my clumsy measuring and cutting skills, they might not be perfect. If you're planning to use clips with the sheets, consider using strips of cardboard to get accurate measurements before cutting into polycarbonate.
